Workshops & Group Experiences

Interactive, reflective sessions for schools, colleges, and communities.

These workshops are designed for teenagers and young adults who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationship with their body. Each session is interactive, reflective, and rooted in creating a safe, non-judgemental space.

Coming Home to Yourself

A six-part series on understanding, expressing, and inhabiting who you are.Somewhere along the way, most of us lose touch with ourselves. This series is a slow return — to your emotions, your body, your voice, and the self underneath all the expectations. We meet twice a week over three weeks, because real change doesn't happen in a workshop. It happens in the quiet hours between.

You'll explore:

  • Understanding what you feel
  • When feelings get too big
  • The body you live in
  • Finding your voice
  • Who are you underneath it all
  • Moving through it

Who Are You Underneath It All

So much of what we chase — grades, careers, approval — gets handed to us before we ever question it. This workshop is a space to slow down and ask the harder questions: What do I actually value? What do I want, separate from what's expected of me? And what would it look like to build a life around that?

You'll explore:

  • Identifying your own values
  • Setting goals that actually fit you
  • Stepping back from constant performance pressure

Includes:

Guided journaling, Vision building exercises, Reflection activities

Moving Through It

Some feelings don't need more words — they need somewhere to go. This session uses gentle, guided movement as a way to release what's been stirred up, settle what's been sitting heavy, and let your body process what your mind has been carrying. No dance experience needed, no performance — just space to let yourself move through whatever you're holding.

You'll explore:

  • Reconnecting with your body
  • Releasing stored stress and tension
  • Expressing what words can't reach

Includes:

Expressive movement exercises, Music-guided emotional release, Safe and structured movement exploration
